How does the 3-day free trial work?

When you sign up for an AI Agent subscription, you enter your card details but aren't charged for 3 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. If you keep it, your card is automatically charged.

Are the business tools one-time purchases or subscriptions?

By accessing or using Digital Envisioned Tools ("the Service"), located at tools.digitalenvisioned.net, operated by Joshua Newton / Digital Envisioned ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Digital Envisioned Tools provides AI-powered business tools including but not limited to: AI customer support agents, email reply generators, document generators, PDF tools, image tools, template generators, and content creation tools. Services are provided on both a free and paid basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Free Trial

AI Agent subscription plans include a 3-day free trial. You must provide a valid payment method to start a trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be automatically charged the subscription fee. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or billing portal.

5. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed monthly. One-time tool purchases grant lifetime access. Prices are in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for one-time purchases are available within 7 days if the product has not been substantially used. Free trial cancellations result in no charge.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) generate content that is harmful, threatening, or discriminatory; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; (d) resell access without authorization; (e) exceed fair usage limits (10,000 operations per day).

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI tools is provided for informational purposes and as a starting point. AI-generated legal documents should be reviewed by a licensed attorney. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal validity of AI-generated content.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Digital Envisioned / Joshua Newton. Content you generate using our tools is yours to use. Our branding, logos, and proprietary technology remain our property.

10. Limitation of Liability

Digital Envisioned and Joshua Newton shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
